No more enemy Combatants

The La Times reports that the Obama administration will no longer use the term "enemy combatants". What does this mean to the enemy combatants, err... detainees in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba? Not much, they will just no longer be called enemy combatants. While I was not an Obama supporter, I did expect changes of substance, not rhetoric and terminology.
